Digital Products
What is your policy on digital products?
All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. This includes planners, templates, guides, eBooks, courses, and downloads.
Due to the nature of instant access, no returns or refunds can be processed.

Can I get a refund on coaching sessions or programs?
Refunds are only granted in exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies) and only if less than 25% of the program has been completed.

You must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule a session.

Missed sessions without notice are non-refundable and non-transferable.

No refunds once 25% or more of the program is complete.
We encourage open communication so we can support you in the best way possible.
Memberships & Subscriptions
What’s your policy on memberships and subscriptions?
All memberships grant immediate access to exclusive content.

You may cancel anytime to stop future payments.

No refunds are given for remaining time in your current billing cycle.
Please manage your subscription through your account dashboard or contact us if you need assistance.
Promotional & Sale Items
Are sale items or promotions refundable?
Products purchased during sales, promotions, or bundle deals are final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Gifts
I received a gift—can I return it?
If you received a digital gift that meets the criteria for a refund (such as a coaching session that hasn’t started), we may offer store credit.
Please provide the gift giver’s name and order details when contacting us.
Future Physical Products (Placeholder)
What if I purchase physical products in the future?
We may add physical products such as printed planners, merchandise, or wellness kits in the future.
At that time, this policy will be updated to include specific return and refund conditions.

Disputes & Chargebacks
