“Small steps = big strides.”
It was something I said to my mum one ordinary day — completely unplanned. But the moment the words left my mouth, they hit me like truth wrapped in simplicity. That tiny phrase perfectly captured what I teach, what I live, and what I deeply believe:
Success isn’t found in giant leaps. It’s built in the little moments we often overlook.
As women, especially those balancing the demands of motherhood and entrepreneurship, we’re sold a lie that we must “do more,” “be more,” and “go faster.” But real, sustainable, soul-aligned success? It’s found in the small steps that compound into big strides.
You’re not just building a business — you’re building a life. You’re:
Waking up early to journal or work before the kids stir.
Juggling client calls with school pickups.
Trying to squeeze in time for your own goals between family, dinner, laundry, and everything else.
And while the world celebrates big, flashy wins… I see you.
I see the quiet victories.
The small, brave decisions.
The nights you choose progress over perfection.
This blog is for you — the CEO of your life, your business, and your home.
Small steps are powerful because they’re sustainable.
They’re the habits that become identity.
They’re the choices that align with your values.
They’re the rhythms that nurture your body, business, and soul.
Small Step | Big Stride |
---|---|
10 minutes of focused content creation | A month of valuable posts that build trust with your audience |
5 minutes of mindfulness | Reduced stress and increased clarity in your business decisions |
One connection a day | A thriving network and new opportunities |
Journaling weekly | Deep personal alignment and energetic clarity |
You don’t have to overhaul your life to create real change. You just have to start. Consistently. Intentionally.
I haven’t coached clients yet — but what I do have is a powerful blend of lived experience, relentless learning, and a deep calling to guide women like you.
I’ve been that mum building something between school runs, navigating self-doubt, and trying to “do it all” while secretly wondering if I was falling short.
But what shifted everything wasn’t a giant leap.
It was a mindset flip:
I didn’t need to go faster.
I needed to go steadier.
I needed to go smarter.
I needed to go anyway — even if it was one small step at a time.
Instead of chasing hustle, I started honouring alignment.
Instead of waiting for perfection, I chose action.
Instead of needing to see the whole staircase, I gave myself permission to take the next right step.
This is the foundation of The Empire Building Boss Babe — and the heart of what I’ll teach, coach, and embody for the women who walk this journey with me.
Let’s turn this philosophy into practice. Here are 5 things you can do right now:
Choose 1 priority per day. Not 10. Just 1. Do it well. Feel the win.
Set a 15-minute timer. Work in focused sprints. You’ll get more done than you think.
Celebrate your micro wins. Post it, journal it, speak it out loud. Reinforce progress.
Simplify your to-do list. Ask: What’s essential today for my energy and my business?
Track consistency, not perfection. Progress is the true goal.

Small steps may feel… well, small. But when you take them with intention, vision, and self-belief?
They compound.
They create rhythm.
They build confidence.
And over time, they lead to big strides in your health, wealth, happiness, and empire.
Keep going. One step at a time. You’ve got this.
